General information
This privacy policy is intended to inform users of this website about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator inxire GmbH. The website operator takes your data protection very seriously and treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with legal requirements. Because new technologies and the ongoing development of this website may lead to changes in this privacy policy, we recommend that you read it again at regular intervals. Definitions of the terms used (e.g. “personal data” or “processing”) can be found in Art. 4 GDPR.
Access data
We, the website operator, collect data on accesses to the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (see Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and store this as “server log files” on the website’s server. The following data is logged:
- Website visited
- Time of access
- Amount of data sent in bytes
- Source/referrer from which you reached the page
- Browser used
- Operating system used
- IP address used
The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, for example to be able to investigate cases of misuse. If data has to be retained for evidentiary reasons, it is exempt from deletion until the incident has been finally resolved.
Collection and processing of personal data
The website operator collects, uses and passes on your personal data only where this is permitted by law or where you consent to the collection of data. Personal data is any information that serves to identify you and can be traced back to you - for example your name, your email address and phone number. You can also visit this website without providing any personal details. To improve our online offering, however, we store your access data to this website (without any personal reference). This access data includes, for example, the file you requested or the name of your internet provider. Because the data is anonymized, no conclusions can be drawn about you as a person.
We collect the following personal data via the contact form: first name, last name, company, industry, email address, phone number and IP address. We process personal data only with the express permission of the users concerned and in compliance with the applicable data-protection regulations. The processing of personal data is based on our legitimate interest in fulfilling our contractually agreed services and optimizing our online offering.
Handling of contact data
If you contact us as the website operator through the contact options offered, your details are stored so that they can be used to process and respond to your enquiry. This data is not passed on to third parties without your consent.
Use of cookies
Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that make it possible to store specific, user-related information on the user’s device while they use the website. Cookies make it possible in particular to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of the pages, to analyze usage behavior and to make our offering more user-friendly. Cookies remain stored beyond the end of a browser session and can be retrieved again on a subsequent visit. If you do not want this, you should set your internet browser to refuse the acceptance of cookies.
Reach measurement with etracker
To analyse usage behaviour and measure reach, we use the etracker service provided by etracker GmbH, Erste Brunnenstraße 1, 20459 Hamburg, Germany. All data processing takes place exclusively on servers in Germany. On this website, etracker operates in cookieless mode: no cookies are set and no cross-device identifiers are created.
The data collected is evaluated on a strictly pseudonymous basis; IP addresses are shortened and are not combined with any other data, so that no conclusions can be drawn about individual persons. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the needs-based and economical design of our website pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. As etracker operates without cookies and without processing personal data, no consent is required. We have concluded a data processing agreement with etracker in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
You can object to the anonymous reach measurement at any time with effect for the future by opening „Tracking settings“ in the footer. Further information can be found in etracker's privacy policy at etracker.com/data-privacy.
Rights of the user
As a user, you have the right to receive free information on request about which personal data has been stored about you. You also have the right to have incorrect data corrected and to have the processing of your personal data restricted or your personal data deleted. Where applicable, you can also exercise your right to data portability. If you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Deletion of data
Provided your request does not conflict with a legal obligation to retain data (e.g. data retention), you have a right to have your data deleted. Data stored by us is deleted if it is no longer needed for its intended purpose and there are no statutory retention periods. If deletion cannot be carried out because the data is required for permissible legal purposes, the processing of the data is restricted instead. In this case, the data is blocked and not processed for other purposes.
Right to object
Users of this website may exercise their right to object and object to the processing of their personal data at any time. If you would like your stored personal data to be corrected, blocked or deleted, or would like information about it, or if you have questions about the collection, processing or use of your personal data or wish to withdraw consent you have given, please contact the following email address: info@inxire.com.
