Toni Schnell founded inxire in June 2002 - at a time when the software industry was in crisis and terms like enterprise content management and Enterprise 2.0 were still entirely unknown. Even during his computer science studies at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences and the University of Missouri-Kansas City he was building customer-focused software solutions. He then worked as a consultant at Oracle Germany, where he received the Award for Mobile Excellence in 2001.
Max Horst studied business informatics at Gießen-Friedberg University of Applied Sciences, gaining practical experience at Dresdner Bank along the way. After graduating in 2006 he joined inxire and has played a key role in advancing the company’s products ever since. As Head of Product Development he is responsible, among other things, for keeping the inxire software future-proof and of consistently high quality.
Birgit Schüssler has been part of the inxire team since the company was founded in 2002. She studied computer science at TU Darmstadt and then worked as a consultant for Unilog Integrata and Oracle Germany. At inxire she is responsible for project and quality management: coordinating the project teams, overseeing quality assurance and supporting customers with the rollout and operation of the inxire products.
Frank Closheim strengthens the inxire team as Head of Technical Operations, bringing more than 25 years of experience in software development and ECM. After his computer science degree he spent twelve years at Oracle Corporation in key roles such as Solution Architect and Customer Escalations Manager. At inxire he acts as a strategic problem-solver across all levels of the company and as the central link between development, support and customers, ensuring maximum stability even in business-critical situations.
