A central incentive and e-learning platform as a lifestyle club

To harmonize the BMW Group’s incentive activities, a central incentive and e-learning platform had to be realized as a lifestyle club. Maximum compatibility with a wide variety of corporate units and data suppliers, as well as continuous scalability - including for European use - were an integral part of the contract.

The online application, run under outsourcing by asdag, has high requirements: 25 data suppliers with a wide variety of systems are currently connected. Operating 24/7, the solution processes over 25,000 transactions a day - and rising.

With the combination of the Oracle platform and inxire, asdag opted for a highly functional, future-proof solution. The standardized scoring system manages bonus and status points; up to 200 attributes are evaluated per transaction and mapped via stored procedures in the Oracle database.

The application features single sign-on with several frontends that provide all information to more than 10,000 users. Multidimensional attributes differentiate target groups optimally - maximum individuality with minimal wastage. Scalability for the planned European rollout is not a problem either.
