Optimum access to all data for Austrian TÜV
As an internationally active company with extremely large quantities of security-relevant data, the Austrian TÜV requires an ECM solution allowing quick and direct access to all relevant data over a simple, intuitive surface. This assignment was solved optimally by using Oracle Technology in combination with the content, documentation and knowledge management system from inxire.
In course of digitization of the entire database, an intranet solution was introduced at the Austrian TÜV which can be reached from all locations. Thanks to multi-site capabilities, all offices can manage and update their own sectors within a central access platform.
Use of the inxire ECM Suite as DMS or CMS in the Intranet allows the employees at the Austrian TÜV to find all relevant data quickly as well as providing simple and direct access. The additional benefit of the inxire ECM Suite for the Internet sites of all branches and associated companies also guarantees a high degree of flexibility in content management while simultaneously ensuring simple administration.
